Pacha Liquor License
Earlier today I was at the SLA for a client. Turns out that Pacha was also having its liquor license hearing, which got called before my case. Pacha's hearing took two hours but they were ultimately granted a temporary license/permit so it looks like they will be operating this summer. There were a lot of stipulations, here is what I can best remember:
4am close Thurs-Sat
2am close Sun-Wed
Private ambulance/infirmary on site
Bus shuttles running loops to subway stations
Security posts at the river
Free phone charging stations
Cell phone tower installed on roof (apparently Verizon already did this)
Banned from using the Mirage name
No third-party promoters
Tracking of attendance to ensure capacity not exceeded (they actually admitted that prior management was going over capacity by 2-3K people)
No fireworks/pyrotechnics
