Sorry to the guy who I just saw complain about CBT posts 🤣 It's about pre-cbt lessons so I guess its different? :P
I've been taking some pre-cbt lessons at a very well rated motorbiking school, the people there seem to know what they're doing and are lovely. My instructor is a bit odd though.
My first lesson was alright, took most of the lesson learning handling and getting comfortable riding in a circle. By the end of the lesson I was (very shakily) doing slaloms.
My instructor told me to book another hour of pre-CBT so I can nail down slaloms then do figures of 8 and u-turn.
By the second lesson I spent the whole hour doing slaloms, started a bit shaky but was doing them pretty well by the end. My instructor told me to book a third lesson and that we would go straight to figures of 8 and u-turn.
Then I did my third lesson I started doing slaloms. After this long doing them I'm doing pretty alright but I want to note that aside from when he's giving me instruction this guy is usually either on his phone or talking to other trainees.
He only ever looks at me when I fuck up a turn or slalom the occasional time and he hears my engine go quiet as I get ready to move off again. (This only happens 3 or 4 times in a lesson which is an hour straight of slaloms)
He just told me to book a 4th pre-cbt lesson. Man it just feels so tiring and their wait list is so long its like a two week break in between each lesson.
Is this guy having me on? Should I just book a CBT somewhere else?
