Any tips on getting abs (4 month gym progress)
So I have started gym since 4 months and well my height/ weight is 168cm/55kg. I gained 1-1.5 kgs and the thing is I really wanna get some abs. Look forward to getting some tips
Ps: started swimming for cardio too for 2 months
