Hi everyone, long-time fan from China here. I’m sharing this because I’m honestly exhausted and heartbroken.

I ordered the Official KCD II Sir Radzig’s Sword from Wulflund back in September last year. It was meant to be the centerpiece of my new home. However, the journey was a nightmare. The first shipment was lost during transit in the Netherlands. For the past 6 months, I’ve been stuck in an endless loop of emails between FedEx and Wulflund.

This happened during the most hectic time of my life—I became a father last July. Between changing diapers, warming milk, working, and overseeing the renovation of our new home, I had to find the energy to track down this lost package. Dealing with international shipping, customs, and taxes in China is already a headache, but the loss made it unbearable.

Last month, the replacement finally arrived. I kept it boxed until last week to let my new apartment ventilate for my baby daughter. When I finally moved in and had a moment to admire the sword, I noticed this:

There is a significant chunk of metal missing where the crossguard meets the blade. It looks like a major grinding error or a failed cast that was simply ignored.

The worst part? After the first one was lost, I specifically emailed Wulflund customer service, begging them to hand-pick a relatively "perfect" one for the replacement since I had already waited so long. They sent me this instead.

Is this normal for a "Collector's Grade" licensed item? I know these are handmade, but after 6 months of stress and a clear request for a quality check, receiving a sword with such a glaring defect feels like a gut punch. I’m too exhausted to deal with international shipping and returns again.

Honestly, this entire cross-border shopping experience has really made me relate to Henry—because I’ve just spent all this time searching for my sword.
