30 on 27k, £68k invested unsure how to organise finances

First post here!

I'm 30 and currently earn £27k. My salary has never gone above £35k. Since my first job in 2020 I’ve earned less in each job change. I made a career switch last year so I’m now earning an entry level salary.

I also work a part time job to float above £30k. I’m in the process of applying for jobs to increase my salary. I live at home and pay £380 in rent and my fixed bills incl rent is £580. I’ve managed to save a small sum of money and tend to save £1k-£1.3k each month. Over the years I have dipped into my savings a lot for various reasons but mainly travelling.

I’m not sure if I can sustain the part time job for much longer so I cut down my hours. If I completely leave my part time job, realistically I will not be able to save anywhere near £1k a month consistently.

I want to organise my savings better, I’m not sure if I should pool my money into one investment or use another fund/platform. I don't know a lot about investing but I’ve read this sub and watched Youtube videos and tried to implement what I’ve learned. My current investments are below

Vanguard Stocks & Shares ISA: FTSE Global All Cap Index Fund Accumulation & S&P 500 UCITS ETF- Accumulating (VUAG): £ 17,709.60

Moneybox Lifetime ISA: £ 16,621.83

NS&I Premium Bonds: £400

Nutmeg Growth Portfolio (no idea what this is invested): £7,555

Moneybox Pension: £ 13,591.28

Aviva Pension: £ 10,425.80

Nest Pension: £ 1,673.38

Total: £ 67,976.89

Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated
