I recently started streaming again and found that, though I had Spotify set to not record on my VODs, they still were. I moved my VOD Track to 6 and made sure Spotify was unchecked, and the issue stopped. No more muted stream segments.

Then I recently started playing cassettes and CDs on my stream because I'm a collector of physical media and have a retro-themed stream, and again made sure 6 was unchecked, now both Spotify and my Cassette/CD player are making it onto the VOD. My desktop audio is disabled. What am I doing wrong here? (other than playing copyrighted music lmao)
