A Ferrari 488 GTB owner in Kunming, China, has filed a civil lawsuit after four neighbourhood children allegedly used his parked supercar as a playground, leaving it covered in deep scratches and even cracking the front bumper.

The car, worth around $529,140, reportedly suffered damage across the hood, roof, windows, tail lights, and fenders. Repair costs are estimated at nearly $99,750

According to reports, the owner tried settling the matter with the children's parents, but negotiations broke down after they reportedly offered only around $4,988 in compensation and no apology. The owner has now taken the matter to court to recover the full repair costs.

The black soot mark on my leg is from the device malfunctioning during use. It made an explosion-like action where I saw a flash and the electrical cord completely blew off and slightly burned me. Circa 2018 purchased from the Wish app. (It’s like Temu)

edit: By ‘just’, I meant recently. Not like yesterday or the day before. The tires are not old, they are dirty. Sorry if it was misleading but I am still bummed.

And after washing, I accidentally put my gf’s mattress protector through the dryer cycle… twice 💀 knew it wasn’t salvageable as soon as I pulled it out but gave it a try anyway and it was a sensory nightmare

ETA: Kitty is all good!! He had a vet appt recently and he’s a bit older, so he does this sometimes when he’s feeling territorial or mad at us lol. This is obviously AFTER multiple washes with disinfectant, just showing how it tore apart as I tried to separate it. Also, he is so spoiled, he pissed on HIS OWN silk pillow.. lol we love him
