it's just the Hound Wolf Squad on their own no Chris no nobody. Assume they start where Leon starts, with their normal gear, but they have no prior knowledge of Las Plagas and no outside backup carrying them.

Could they actually find Ashley, protect her, survive the village/castle/island, and deal with the Plaga infection and defeat all the bosses

Dick was the first Robin, and he doesn't talk about or to Jason, and vice versa. They don't even mention each other, if I remember correctly. You would expect in Dick's or even Tim's DLC, after the game ends, they would at least talk about or mention Jason. Barbara knew Jason was still alive, so they 100% knew about him.

Not just challenges just a dlc involving the two would have been pretty cool or even red hood
