Ain't it kind of crazy that the person who objectively deserved The cure the most gets a bad ending if you try to help them?

I don't mean this from like whether or not Ethan should help mia or not I mean it more from objectively the person who deserves the cure is zoe and if you give it to her it just screws her over kind of sad but then she got her own dlc but still sad

I don't know much about the RE franchise, but my best friend who is a hardcore fan is visiting me in July and I'm preparing a real-life "mission" for him to complete as an immersive experience. This is one of the hidden props he'll have to find (and use) during the themed tour!

First room of my first major Minecraft project

In my personal modpack. Which is digimon and estrogen and furniture and guns and resident evil(blocks not the cool monsters unfortunately. I really wanted to have a tyrant room in my build). I would have added JJK but it crashed the modpack and I liked what I had already.

So what is the build? Underneath my house, which the exterior is a replica of the Spencer Mansion with a cute lil garden, battle arena, and Digimeat Farm for my Guilmon(they don’t have PhanBeemon in the mod). I am building a full replica of NEST from resident evil 2 remake. Except instead of Umbrella, it’s Bathtub Industries, because after the latest Bathtub estrogen Yuuko episode. She definitely could start the raccoon city incident.

I’m really proud of the lighting on the first room. It looks abandoned and uncanny. And I’m REALLY excited to build the big room in the core. Probably gonna make another elevator and see if there’s a cool train mod. Maybe make a subway system if the train mod is cool? I’m not hyperfixated on trains but subways are really cool.

Difficulty and infinite ammo

I’ve been a fan of resident evil for three years, I have this one friend who got into the games because of me last year, he makes fun of me for using infinite ammo and for going on assist mode depending on the game. I’ve only used assists mode for two of the games since I under estimated myself (and changed it back to normal at some point),he thinks going on assist mode and using infinite ammo means you’re either a “fake fan” or “cheating”.

I told him countless times it doesn’t necessarily mean that, he likes to point out if you’re on an easier difficulty that’s not normal, then you automatically suck at the game.
mind you he’s only played four of the games and still has no idea what the story’s about. I’m really not trying to hate on him for saying that, you can still be a really big fan even though you only played a few games.
I’m just saying he shouldn’t hate on other peoples difficulty preferences.

What do you guys think?

Easier way to take down Blister Heads.

i’m sure people have done this before me, so i’m not taking any credit.

but here’s my experience, fresh Insanity playthrough, no infinite weapons. i wanted to challenge myself. i get to the part where Leon finds Victors office.. and blister heads just fucking me up every single time. then i accidently shot their legs, they went down but not fully, second shot lead to axe finisher.

then i repeated this on every single blister head in that room. shoot legs, down.. shoot ‘em while the’re down, instant axe finisher.

just thought i’d share something hopefully helpful & not too late to the party lol. i genuinely didn’t know this was & thing & i’m glad i found it, hopefully others who haven’t find it too.

Also the only other RE game I’ve played was Biohazard..

I beat Resident evil Remake (2002)

I finished Resident Evil 1 Remake.

After playing the original RE1 through RE4, I paused the chronological order for a bit and started the remakes. I’m almost done with RE2 Remake too, but this is a small review about RE1 Remake.

What can even be said about RE1 Remake besides the fact that it’s one of the best remakes ever made? Yeah, I’ve played others like Shadow of the Colossus Remake and stuff like that, but RE1 is just insane. They improved almost everything from the original in basically every possible way.

Let’s start simple: the graphics. It’s 2026 and I’m still surprised by how good this game looks. The character models and facial expressions are ridiculously good. Jill still looks like a goddess, and it blows my mind this came out in 2002. The game looks so beautiful that if someone told me it was a PS3 or even PS4 game, I’d believe them.

Now gameplay. It feels amazing. It still has tank controls, but they’re so smooth that I went back to mess around with original RE2 recently and felt completely stiff. Being able to carry items without constantly opening the inventory, move more naturally, and just play more fluidly is probably one of the reasons I don’t see myself revisiting the original RE1 anytime soon.

The puzzles went absolutely all out here. Even when I got annoyed because I expected the same solutions as the original game, I still had a lot of fun with all the changes and new challenges. The only puzzle I didn’t really like was the emblem one to unlock the magnum. It felt kinda thrown in there, almost like they just didn’t wanna leave those original items unused.

The enemies were great overall. I really liked the bosses and the changes made to them, especially how the fights and movement feel. The lab bugs were awesome. But there’s one enemy that drove me insane because of the way I play: Crimson Heads. They honestly felt like a somewhat unnecessary addition to me. Whenever they showed up, it just became frustrating and kinda unfair sometimes, because even when I had the weapon and ammo, they could attack faster than I could aim, and that got on my nerves constantly.

Besides that, I actually thought the game was easier than the original. Maybe it’s because by this point I’m already used to the formula, or maybe it actually is easier, I’m not sure.

Either way, the game is incredible, but it still hasn’t captured my heart as strongly as original RE2 did.

For now, I’d give it an 8.5/10 in my ranking.

Btw Jill's boobs physics is funny and distracting, I love it

My Resident Evil 2 diorama/board game project update - Lab Train

Here’s a update on my project. This is my test print for the train. I still have plenty of detail modeling left to do in the control room. I need to make hollow spots in the walls so I can run the wires for the lights. Certain pieces need to be resized or printed separately. The doors are printed but not pictured. They all function, sliding into the walls like they do in the game. My plan is to buy wheels and trucks from a model train and make this function.
