okay this is going to be a lot, this happened years ago(2022/2023) and I couldn't find a solution at the time, and both steelseries+amazon wouldn't help, so I'm Really hoping I can find a fix. My parents got me the arctis 9 wireless for my birthday, they ordered it through amazon in november. in january I went to use it and found that it wouldnt work at all. the light would stay blue when attached to the charger, but would turn off the second it was unplugged. if I held the power button it would turn blue again but only for as long as I was holding the button. the bluetooth button doesn't press right, and pressing the pinhole reset button does nothing. there is no white or red lights, and no flashing. steelseries wouldn't replace or repair it because my parents ordered it on amazon, and amazon wouldn't replace it because my parents had thrown away the box. I am completely lost on what to do, and I have no idea what happened to them to cause this, or if they just gave out. I have proof of the date of purchase from amazon, sent from my dad the same week I started having issues. please tell me that there is a way to fix this, I loved these headphones when they were working and I would love to get more items from steelseries, but since this is my only experience, I have been very skeptical of the quality. sorry for all the rambling, I found the headphones again after years and all the frustration came flooding back haha :') any ideas help, I'm also contacting support again but wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue and knows a fix
