Got it from steam rip launching the exe B1-WIN64-SHIPPING.EXE it says unable to load library steam_api64.dll in both litrus and steam used proton GE and proton experimental

Whenever I try to launch the game it gives me this error it says failed to open descriptor file ../../../b1/b1.uproject proton version doesn’t seem to matter and Im not sure how to get it working does anyone have a solution? I replaced the b1 and engine in the game files with the crack fix been trouble shooting all day. At first I needed Vcrun2022 then the crack fix now it gives me this
I got it from anker games pre installed games just like steam rip they used a bat file to make it easier to run but the game should be the same
