a while ago i got hacked and there was a screen connect installed on my computer. it says it still exists and is taking up a ton of space on my local drive.
every time i go to delete it, it says it is either open in CNG Key Isolation or Security Account Manager. i have wiped it from the system, the registry editor, and i cannot delete it from the command prompt window.
i have looked up ways to try and delete it, but it seems nobody online has encountered this same issue. can anyone help me?
