Freelancer holding foreign assets (USD) issue in Payoneer,Elevate Pay Etc
If the income is clearly export of IT services, and I voluntarily disclose the gross receipts and pay 154A tax manually, what section says I must instead be taxed under normal slabs merely because the funds were retained in Payoneer/Elevate?
