Not sure this is the right place for this. I just realized I have a lot of Reward Points. I have been trying to redeem them for a $100 gift card. It takes me to the page, I hit Redeem reward... and then it says Thanks but there's no Order ID. No gift card added to balance, Reward Points remained unchanged. I can use them to buy games or add-ons, but not for gift cards. The same.thing happens in the App.
