Losing my mind right now and any help would be much appreciated,

I have a proart z890 creator wifi, I just finished the build and when starting up the PC I see the Red LED light then the Ornage/Yellow LED light, after about 10 seconds the light goes off and no single to the monitor from the gpu, I believe this means it's a dram problem (as no white or green light is on the mother board) and I have already tried taking the ram out and back in and checking the gold connectors, it honestly getting frustrating as I've built a few PCs in my life and I've never hit a wall like this before so soon after a build
