Hello all. I was trying to change my alternator and in the process had to loosen my serpentine belt. I went brain dead moment and tried turning the pulley clockwise, which of course did not help in reducing tension. Well, i tried forcing it so hard that where the 3.5​​ in ratchet goes became stripped. Not my ratchet itself, the location within the pulley. Now, trying to turn it counter clockwise, it can't grab onto anything and i can't release the tension to remove the belt. Any suggestions?

I can't find anywhere to get leverage to try to pry it and there's insufficient space to use pliers to pull it. ​​​​

Additional info: 2014 infiniti q50 base model 3.7 L​
