Advice wanted on suitability of an electric mini as a first car please.

My daughter has her heart set on this for her first car.

From my view MOT history is clean, mileage is low but I haven't driven an electric car myself so I'm not overly confident on what to look for.
Any advice on what I should check on the car or its history would be appreciate. It would also be helpful to know what people think this could be suitable for a first car. Surprisingly the insurance isn't as awful as I thought it would be but I am a worried it is a bit nippy. She is pretty sensible though and I can trust her not to anything too silly.
I know the range on this is 100 miles or so and I don't think that will be a problem for her, she won't be doing long journeys.
