Got my ileostomy done 3.5 months ago, and started going to a gym a month ago or so since I want to build muscle.

What are your thoughts on doing ab workouts? I have been doing every other workout except abs and ones that I need to lay on my stomach/ or lean on it

So bacially I was chewing gum and laughed so hard that I swallowed chewing gum.

Am I screwed?
