I played Tetris by PlaySTUDIOS almost every day for over 4 years.

One day, I tried to transfer my account to a new phone using Facebook — the ONLY method they provide.

Something went wrong.

My account got overwritten by a new empty one.

Support told me:

“Guest accounts are permanently deleted. Nothing we can do.”

But here’s the problem:

Game says that my nickname still exists (so the account is clearly still in their system)

I have 11,000+ screenshots as proof

I’m even willing to PAY to restore it

They just refuse.

I’m not asking for free stuff.

I’m asking for MY account back.

If this can happen to me — it can happen to anyone.
