I have a very specific memory from my childhood (1990s-2000s) that I can't find. I saw some form of media (tv, movie, commercial) that featured a witch/sorceress over a cauldron and a realistic lizard man in a flashy suit in a cave. Then I walked into Kmart and saw a giant cardboard cutout of them. The witch had her arms out wide (she kind of looked like Winifred from Hocus Pocus) and the Lizard man was in full flashy suit standing with his back to her looking over his shoulder. He looked very suave. It was live action. I don't remember the plot or any dialogue, just the visuals.

Does anyone recognize this?
