Hey yall. I recently purchased an 2012 Ford fusion sel. Its a great car and works so well. But the ambient Lighting feature doesnt work. The button is there, and has lights in it when the car is on, but it doesnt turn on the actual colkred ambient lighting. I have checked everything I can think of to get it to work. The fuse is fine, the button is plugged in correctly, and the green connection joint under the gear shift is secure. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix or even just troubleshoot its? I think it has to be something in the wiring between the actual lights and the button, because the button itself has power no problem. And my Sync system is an old one with a digital clock style screen.
