Hi,
I run a YouTube animation channel called AlpacaNimation, focused on cartoon parodies (video games, animated shows, etc.).
My recent performance has been really inconsistent, and I’m trying to understand why.
Here are my last uploads performance:
~160K views
~700K views
~170K views
then a drop: 3K → 6K
small rebound: 30K
and my latest video: ~600 views
I gained most of my subscribers from a viral Short (11M views, Gumball parody), but I’ve still had decent performance on other themes afterward.
Now it feels like my reach suddenly collapsed.
I’m trying to figure out:
Is this audience mismatch from the viral Short?
Is it a packaging issue (thumbnail/title)?
Or did the channel lose momentum in the algorithm?
Any honest feedback would really help.

Hello everyone, I’m using a bmcc 2.5k with a 28 mm lenses but the sensor is very sensible when shooting outdoors so I need to buy an nd filter. I was wondering if you could recommend me a good one for a budget around 100 euro. Also should I get a variable filter in case I’m planning to change lenses ? Thanks .
