I've been told I'm a nonchalant and chill manager by everyone I know at work and no one dislikes me but of course 2 other managers don't like that I'm nice to my crew or agree with how I work. I'm not gonna be mean and yell or be rude to the kids any of them fall out of line sure go home I'm writing u up but for her to constantly be complaining they talk too much, don't do their job, don't clean, and honestly when she says that I'm confused if we working the same shift cause by the end of the day everything is ready for the next day. I've even been told by employee's they would much rather work a night shift with me instead of her. Honestly I know what needs to be done I know when it's time to be serious but she gets stressed cause of her kids at home and takes it out on the kids who work with her by instead of encouraging and saying great job nah she gotta complain about every little thing they do like I want an opinion no way I'm the one in the wrong XD.
