Investor relations reached out to me yesterday and told me the following:
An IPO is in the works for late summer, and at the latest by the end of this year.
The Reg-A offering was oversubscribed in less than 40 days, nearing a record for the fastest a Reg-A offering has filled up.
All funds from the raise will be used to lease a new facility to process feedstock to refine precious metals from E-Waste
Investor relations will be reaching out to current shareholders once an IPO date is set, and help facilitate the migration of the shares to the brokerage account of the holders choosing.
