Gym Help
Hello all, I was wondering if I can get some help when it comes to lifting weights in the gym, I’ve been in the gym before through playing football and such, but have never had a structured routine since. Im looking to lose weight and build muscle and was wondering if someone could help me start out, I want this to be a long term gain. Currently I’m 6’3, 330lbs
