What should I do now? (Got ADR decision about rbx account)
So, almost three months ago, I was permanently banned from Roblox for other reasons, and I was absolutely certain it wasn't me, but a hacker who had somehow changed my email and was messing with my account. Even a month later, they changed the ban reason on my account, but I was still permanently banned. Support is essentially an AI, and the GDPR is so slow that I didn't even wait for it, so a month ago I filed a lawsuit on the ADR Court. After waiting for some time, we won the case, and by court order -- Roblox is obligated to unban my account because there was no justification, and Roblox even contradicted himself and refused to lift the ban, despite admitting that the compromission occured. What next? Should I wait for Roblox to decide to rightfully remove the unban, or do something else? Are there options to go to the "Coimisiún na Meán" court, where decisions are 100% must be made by the company, or send a letter to the MIDR?
