I had an adenoma removed on Tuesday and was told, since i'm a side sleeper, that it would be best to sleep in my recliner. Well, my recliner is not comfortable at all, given other neck and back issues. Does anyone know when it's safe to go back to sleeping in my bed on my sides? Thanks for any help.
