Can I borrow anybody’s copy of The Witcher 3 for Switch for like 10 min
Probably the most random request you’ll see on the internet today. Guess it also serves as a PSA.
With the new Witcher 3 Remastered release for switch 2, owners of the switch 1 version get the upgrade for free. But once you claim the upgrade, you don’t need the physical cartridge anymore. And no it’s not a one-time-use per cartridge; can be used infinitely for multiple accounts.
Obviously my first thoughts were to check out Gamestop and the public library but it’s out of stock and/or like 30 people on the waitlist. Second hand market is being price-gouged as well because people suck. I have a long flight in 2 weeks and would love to be able to play this on the plane lol.
I literally just need the cartridge long enough to claim the upgrade then it’s back in your hands. Let me know if anyone is down to help me with this super random ask 🥲
