I'm curious about something, especially from those of you who have been streaming for a while

I've been seeing posts from streamers saying they're putting in the hours, trying to improve their content, posting clips on other platforms, and still struggling to get viewers. Others manage to get people into their streams, but those viewers leave after a few minutes or never return. I know getting more people to discover you won't automatically make them stay. Getting people to stay once won't automatically make them remember you. And being memorable doesn't guarantee that they'll return.

But I want to know which of these four areas is the hardest 1. Getting discovered, 2. Keeping people engaged, 3. Becoming memorable, or 4. Getting viewers to return? And what have you tried so far to improve it?
