Normal range in the lab 8.6 - 10.0

I did general test and this came high should I be worried?

Tsh is normal ( my both parents have high tsh)

I take weekly vitamin D 5000iu

And drop of b12 super low dose daily

Should I be worried? And things I should do or keep in mind?
