On Saturday, October 10th at 2:30 PM EDT there will be a Killzone 3 DLC Event. It is being organized by YouTubers "Just Killzone" and "Bitter Roman" and will be played on the PS Rewired server (DNS 67.222.156.250). You’ll need to have all 8 DLC maps installed, which were originally sold in three different packs: Retro Map Pack: Reclaimed Territory, Steel Rain Map Pack, and From the Ashes Map Pack.

We’ll be playing the Warzone maps first (Lente Missile Base, Radec Academy, Salamun Market, Stahl Arms) and if there is time we’ll move on to the Guerilla Warfare ones (Tharsis Depot, Blood Gracht, Junkyard, Mobile Factory).

(Note, during past DLC events, the chat on Discord is filled with people who are trying to get the maps installed at the last minute. My ability to help at that time is limited, so please, if you plan to play, do the map installation process well AHEAD of time. Note, the maps are no longer officially sold by Sony, so you'll have to "find" them some other way, and install them onto your PS3 or RPCS3 emulator. Do not underestimate how long that process can take.)

There will be another OPEN Testing Event (Alpha 2) starting at 12:30 PM EDT on September 12th. The public is welcome to come and play during that time. You’ll need to either have a PS3 or RPCS3 emulator to play, and have either the EU or US copy of the game. (everything is crossplay)

-If on PS3, you will need to be signed into your PSN account, and in your Network Settings, you’ll need to set your Primary DNS to 69 . 219 . 174 . 246 and your Secondary DNS to 8 . 8 . 8 . 8

-If on RPCS3 emulator, you’ll need to have your RPCN account set up, and you’ll need to set your DNS to 69 . 219 . 174 . 246 on your Network Settings Tab.

Note, the server will be shut back down later in the day on September 12th. This multiplayer is still being developed, and will eventually be handed over to the owners of the PS Rewired servers.

Hello. There's a couple of games that I can't get running properly on the Opera Emulator (through RetroArch). Samurai Shodown doesn't load the backgrounds. For Wing Commander 3 the sound during cutscenes cuts out and doesn't come back. I tried sourcing different roms, and even tried the Japanese versions, but the results are still the same. The other games I've tried so far seem fine. Here's a video showing what I'm talking about: https://youtu.be/ndxD-FPrRO8

Does anyone know anything I can adjust in RetroArch to make the games run properly? Thanks.
