Going out field for two weeks and have two small body piercings now to consider. If there’s anyone with body piercings also with some tips for keeping them good out field would be appreciated.

Hi all, I’m due to receive one of two payment options due to an injury:
Option 1: $48,000 AUD as one lump sum, or;
Option 2: $33 AUD per week for life, indexed to match inflation.
Option 1 would allow me to put a deposit down for an investment property that I could move close family into and (ideally) improve their quality of life.
Option 2 would allow me to build up savings over time and put down 2-3 house deposits but spread out over many years.
Is it financially better for me to take the lump sum now and get ahead of the property market while I’m young (I already own one investment property I built as a first home buyer about 5 years ago), or wait out the long game?

EDIT: Thank you to everyone who commented. To add some context to one of the questions, the only debt I currently have is my mortgage. I don’t plan to invest this money in stocks/shares as the primary goal is to purchase a reasonable property.
