I have an lc1 frame and 2 lc2 frames. One lc2 frame looks similar to my lc1 with the horizontal beam significantly bent inwards while the one with the shelf attached curves away from the body. I picked the one without the shelf straight out of a warehouse and ran with it with no issues. I recently got this newer one with has 06 stamped on the inside that looks more comfortable with the horizontal beam perfectly flat across. Is this a new design or was the older one used to carry the goliath?
It has US stamped at the bottom of it and has two holes for the bag's tie-down straps, but theres no tag or snap buttons. Pretty sure its a M-1945 water repellent case but im not 100% sure because of the missing components, as well as the fact its in khaki color and different fabric weave.
Update of previous post. On the 7th of August I overloaded myself on a ruck and have pain in my upper back/neck. It hurts/burns in between my shoulder blade area and travels up to my neck where i feel discomfort looking down. I've also had a dull headache since then and it hasn't gone away. What the hell did i do? Is there any recovery?
I think i pushed myself too hard on a ruck last week on friday and ive been having pain in my upper back/very base of my neck and it hasnt gotten any better. My neck hurts a bit and makes little pops every time i look down, and has a constant dull ache in whatever position im in. what's going on and how do i fix this?
What are these vertical nylon stips of webbing for? Its not for molle or alice gear from what i know
I made the backpack wearable after removing the broken track and yolk and stitched the load lifter straps to the shouldwr straps to mount them to the ladder lock buckles, but theres a bit of a sway when i took it for a test. Couldnt get rid of it unless i tightend the shoulder straps all the way which then transfers the weight from my hips to my shoulders. Any ideas on modifications to remedy this?
I have this Russian uniform and a west german border patrol jacket. What camo pattern is the Russian one and what are the rings on the back of the German one for?
