Permanent night shift nurses- why do you do it?
Hi all,
As a permanent night shifter (only as of the last 12months) I’ve been curious about why others choose it, I personally like the dim lighting and not having to deal with family members so much 🤣 but in all seriousness after 20 years of being an RN who previously did 12 hour days, a 9 hour night on Med/surg is great for my personal circumstances.
