So today icpc was conducted with loose invigilation and boi oh boi sem 1 students solving 7th problem which requires dynamic programming is insane .I wanna ask seniors does cheating also happen in placementa & OA. Are they fucking dumb as the hod instructed try your best to solve problems and we don't expect you to perform as you guys are freshers. They cheat even when it's not required I bet they'll 100 percent cheat when things are at stake.

Wanted to know what you guys think , and also should I give up on my plan to get good at cp then get hired through iicpc codefest ( I am from tier 3 cse in 1st year(just started a month ago , can solve div 2 a )

I am in first year of college , I am confused which should I follow USACO guide plus codeforces/chef contests or cp handbook plus codeforces problems and contest
