we've had an influx of people from a particular country coming here to downplay our concerns about travel to that country.

i recognize that it can be exhausting and i wish there was a cleaner way to filter them but for now, please continue to flag such posts and we'll take care of them.

you don't have to argue or explain yourself.

edit: sometimes i think the argument is what they come for. clearly you're free to respond how you like but i think the less we engage with them the better.

We'll be restricting young and low-karma accounts to limit the amount of low-effort, most-likely bot or spam messages.

We'll also look for other ways to automate our post quality control. We have a few ideas but we also welcome feedback.
