Wanted to share my first ever attempt at repairing a vintage Barbie
I’ve watched videos of one of my favorite YouTubers Disneybarbiegirl and I learned a lot so far.
I’ve removed a melted head and carefully repaired the neck with superglue/ bakingsoda, sanded the neck (it’s ready for an attempt at color matching tomorrow)
I fixed the melt in the armholes and leg holes with a sharp blade and sealing with superglue/ baking soda mix.
Her head is so beautiful .
Wish me luck at color matching tomorrow!
Also any tips on how I should style her hair and what Barbie she is?
I’ve included before and after pics
