I recently acquired this Fuchsia ‘N Fur Francie silkstone from 2012/2013. The label on the box says there’s no more than 4,000 worldwide, I normally unbox my lovelies but I have this one and my Audrey Hepburn as Holly Golightly still in box. Should I let her out of her cardboard tomb and let her breathe or preserve her for years to come?
Was my mom’s from when she was a girl. Originally thought she was a 1965 American Girl Barbie but the trademark says 1958. Lmk your thoughts!!

What Barbie is this? My initial impression is that she's a Fashion Queen, but I have her next to one in the last photo and she's quite different. She's also got a rubbery torso and arms.
Last year, I was gifted a Barbie carry case that belonged to my boyfriend’s grandmother who had passed. It was full of clothes and accessories that I cleaned up and now cherish. His grandpa told us she saved some of her dolls too and took us to look for them yesterday. I found some beauties + 3 patterns I was actually looking for! I will post more as I fix up the dolls / clothes! I rlly love my boyfriend and his family for trusting me so much with these cherished pieces from their grandma!

Hi Barbie friends, I recently added this beautiful ponytail Barbie to my collection wearing Barbie in Holland. I am trying to determine whether this is her factory hair set, or if she was possibly a store display doll.
I purchased her in this outfit with no box, she is on a Barbie x Midge body. Lips and nails appear to be repainted as well.

Hi all— I recently had to clear out my parents’ house that they lived in since 1975 (Uffda) and needless to say I found a lot of stuff hidden away for decades, including much of my extensive Barbie collection! I also inherited some Barbies and clothing from my aunt. In that case, i am wondering if anyone can identify this particular dress? I remember playing with it at my grandma’s house in the mid 1970s — she would have had it probably from when her daughter/my aunt was a girl so I know it predates me (1970). Then it probably migrated to my sister and me. Thank you for any knowledge. I’m looking forward to learning more.
There is no label, it has a slightly flocked Swiss dot style fabric.

Hey y’all! I have just inherited hundreds of collector/limited edition Barbie’s. Ranging from holiday Barbie’s to things like Merlin and Morgan le Fay. Most are in great condition and none of them have ever been taken out of the box.
