What would pair well with this?

Recently got a new tattoo that I’m absolutely in love with. However, I have a couple of small tattoos below it that I feel like just don’t match the vibe for the big beautiful piece I just recently got…. Not in a rush but I’m thinking of maybe getting a cover up…. (picture attached)

The idea/concept I had going for this arm was Mexican/southwestern vibe

What designs/things do you think would pair well with these flowers to stick to that theme I had in mind while looking a bit more cohesive?

New specialty?

I'm still a new grad and have been at my current role (IR) for 6 months now. Looking for a new job. I am interested in IR still but I realize I may have to broaden my applications to other specialties. To anyone that's been in IR and did/has had to transition to another specialty, what specialty did you switch to and why do you enjoy it?

Multiple state licenses

I’m still a new grad and I am coming up on 6 months for my first job but looking for something new. I relocated for this job and unfortunately it isn’t looking like there’s anything for me still back home where I’m from. In the process of applying for your second job, if it’s out of state where you currently are, is it best to go ahead and apply for that state license or wait till you start getting interviews/offers in these new locations in your experience?
