Garou comes back in the time and saves Veldora's life before he fall victim to the last attack, as well chops off and isolates all the parts the Void had infected. Garou himself starts to catch the grasp of that substance... Anyways, he brings both fighters back to the very arena in Kararagi

- One of our fighters doesn't have much time. Our dearest contestant Rimuru Tempest, of the 2nd tournament, only is free till day August 21. So let's try to speed it up.

Garous transports both fighters with hyperspace gates to, not just another planet, but a completely new dimension, set in a twin universe. A very similar world, but without inteligent life. The portal turned into screen over the half circular arena in the desert of Kararagi shows the rivals clearly

Garou reaches at Artoria using his immense speed and powers, and rescues the weakened warrior before she falls to her end. He brings both fighters to Kararagi by his portals, before announce the outcome
"What a fight, ladies and gentlemen, what a fight! We shall be grateful to be able to witness such heated clash, truly. Milim now moves onto the next step in the 2nd contest!"

Garou turns into Cosmic Fear mode, transporting Artoria and Millim to another planet by hyperspace gates. Planets inhabitated with life are very rare is the cosmos, so they land in one similar to Mars, if anything. A gravity similar to Od, enough temperature, though fully desert, in a way, with more rock than sand. It's the nearest Garou could see with his extraplanetary sight capacity
"Here ya go. Use all you need. I also allow killing."
Coming back to Od, Garou leaves sets his eyes up there, in the battle, showing it on the screen for the watchers down there, in the desert of Kararagi.
"A surprisingly interesting fight, they got me really surprised, indeed. The Tanuki gal moves to the next step!"

The event will be starting today. I will try to feature the fights in the correct order, but if both participants don't show up in 1 hour, I will call upon whatever bracket has both participants online and have them fight first.
So yall have in mind, for example: if Shoto and Bakugo don't show up, we can have, like, Red Mist vs Le Comte first, instead. Or Gil vs Veldora right away. Only later, we would see Shoto vs Bakugo, if that happened.
I intend to feature at least 2 figths per day, to speed things up. But not at the same time.
About the rules: ppl can kill opponents that are virtually "immortal" and have several, if not infinite revives without problems. But if said immortal kill someone that isn't immortal, it will be featured as a loss for the immortal. Simply because death does not have the same weight for both people. It's not the same thing. For standards, death stills not allowed. I will warn when it is, but the it will be in very few matchups, and warned pre-battle.
If world threatening attacks can't be used because it would blow up the world, the fight will be featured in another planet/dimension. That is to avoid the thought of "if I had used that one attack, I would have won". Let's avoid such thought.
If someone actually die when death is allowed for both parts, Garou will save them, so don't overthink it.
Upon even further analysis, and enlightment from some friends, the changes were:
- Lloyd going to the 2nd tournament. He is too strong and I didn't know.
- Megumin will be fighting Kazuma instead.
- Le Comte will go against Red Mist.
Changes:
- Upon receiving even further explanation about the power of Le Comte, he got brought to the first contest, making things a bit more solid.
My personal thought are:
- 75% chance Lloyd appears to fight Megumin.
- 50% chance Death Gun appears. It's very likely Kazuma will face Yusuke instead, since it's been a while I haven't heard about Death Gun.
Changes:
- I forgot the Count of Monte Cristo, what demands a wild change in the Garou's Tournament.
- Moon Rabbit confirmed participation.
- Kazuma as spare fighter may fight in place of one person in the Hakari's Tournament.
- Lloyd is very likely the actual opponent of Megumin.
- Anyone can sign up as spare fighter.
This is the first usable sketch of the line ups for the fights. The names marked with questions marks are people I am not sure if they will fight or appear. Therefore, I might change the line ups depending on what they confirm with me. The contest is intended to start tomorrow.
