Hi, I'm a new player on MGSV. I am currently in the middle of Episode 12 / Finding Emmerich, and I have just found out two featuree/infos that came because I looked it up in google, that is the methods on how to use the stun arm and showering to clean our bloodied body

I find these info (or maybe it does exist in-game I just didn't go thorough with it at the moment) through google so I was curious if this is sort of a common thing or it can be found in-game if explored carefully and fully?
