Paying More / Getting Less
My issues started about a month ago. Paid extra for HBO/MAX then it abruptly stopped working and said I needed a subscription. Checked bill and I’m still getting charged but it now is just listed as Cinemax. Next issue occurred yesterday when I tried watching Peacock and I got a message that I had basic not premium, even though I’m being billed for premium. The last straw my internet promo expired and now I’m paying more and getting less. The plan I have doesn’t even exist anymore. I currently have Superfast which is 800mb down and I’m paying $115 per month plus $15 modem rental. That’s more than the current 1 Gig plan. Went into my account and found a 2 Gig plan for $85 per month for 5 years including modem rental and Peacock Premium for 3 years. Don’t know Why was this not offered to me. And to make things worse my basic channel package promo is due to expire and my bill is going up again. Looking for help with these issues before I cancel everything and go with Verizon.
