My girlfriend and I are looking for a 2 bedroom in South Waltham and it’s been a real struggle. Our main requirements are AC, parking, and in unit laundry. We can definitely pay the rent required for a place like that, but we are just not finding many spots to even look at.

My lease ends in Sept but we may try to move out early. However, we rarely find anything for July or August. The big issue is we don’t even see anything for September. My landlord asked me last year in February to renew for September... So my question is, did we miss it? Or will they start to show up July 1 for the 90 day notices?

Any insight appreciated because this has just sucked.
