I know reviews are junk, but has anyone else noticed how the rankings are being adjusted?

'Meets expectations' reframed as 'Successfully meets expectations'. Harder implied boundaries for 'exceeds' and 'outstanding'. More push back against claiming higher levels of performance.

Prepare yourself for a more gaslight-y review season than usual folks.

Remember how you got nothing for 'exceeds' in previous years? It smells like that could be getting worse.
