We had new amp’s installed in our area for the new upstream speeds. When the work was completed I had channel 9 of the thirty two channels was at 11.0 dBvm which is high and other thirty one channels are fine. We had a tech scheduled to come out to check it out but the same day he was to come out somehow it was fixed which must of been at the server level so I canceled the appointment. I just want you to know it is happening again and want to know if it can be looked at again. Thanks.
