Tl'dr: Award winning marketing agency looking for great lead generators, appointment setters and sales closers (preferably one person that handles all). Pay is 500$+commission per sale.
We've got 22 national marketing awards and received the "2024 growth marketing agency of the year" award in Greece.
We have seen some amazing results in hospitality (mainly fast food restaurants) and believe we can take this globally.
We've always done referrals and word of mouth for domestic clients but internationally we're struggling to bring in leads, even though our track record has high Conversion rate.
Looking for 1 or multiple performance driven professionals that can drive this home. Ideally people who love seeing businesses thrive and feeling a sense of fulfilment when you turn a small business owner to a huge entrepreneur!
This needs to be a % based pay - could easily move in a different direction after the first 6 months!
We thought it to be fair at 500$ from first paycheck of each client and 10% after that forever (at least for however long the client stays with us 😅). For year-long contracts we do 500$+5% (since we offer them at 50% discount).
Ideally, we want someone that's looking for a great product to sell.
Even if you're not interested, would love some input if you're an expert! We tried with appointment setters in the past but it was highly ineffective.
