W212 E350 Stuck in Park

Hi everyone, this is the third time this has happened randomly.

I approached the car with the wipers were on by themselves, radio playing, and car wouldn’t go into gear.

After turning it off/on, it went into gear.

Happened 3 times now. Sometimes just stuck in Park.

Is this SAM related or something else?
