I’ve been in outpatient therapy through Grow for several years now and have always had a $0 copay (my telehealth copay, I guess). However, in the last few weeks, after 100-120+ sessions at $0, I’m suddenly getting charged $30 per season for the last two sessions I’ve had (my mental health copay OR office visit copay, I guess). Nothing is different about the coding on my EOB, and the service is exactly the same. Has anyone else experienced this? I know it’s not the end of the world, but I’m wondering if this is deliberate or a glitch in the system.
