I'm currently working my way through V3 of the Celestial Forge Document looking for abilities that I know well enough to utilize or would be willing to use for a story idea that's been percolating in my mind for the past few months and have been noticing a lot of references to what sounds like other documents or or pieces of the document that are outright missing.

Not only that I'm seeing almost none of the "Free" links that popped up in Brockton Bay's Celestial Forge despite having managed to make it through 6/7ths of the document.

Does V3 not have those free add ons that the version Roustabout is using does or are there other documents that I'm suppose to be using that I need to try and track down?
