I've seen others complain about this mission as well. I'm absolute trash garbage on the speeder, and I keep failing this mission in one way or another. I can't even get past the first laser blockade. Yes I know you're supposed to jump it, but I end up losing Vail, crashing, diving off a cliff, crashing into the blockade or something else by then.

So my question is can I abandon this plot and come back to it later, and if I do, will it start at the speeder chase or will I have to do the whole quest line all over again?
